METHOD OF OPTIMIZING PLANNING AND AUTOMOBILE ROUTE DISPATCHING


Purpose of the development: To optimize the planning and dispatching of automobile routes using a software and hardware complex.

Recommended application field: Communal transport.

Advantages over analogues: Minimizing the length of the route, maximizing the load of each car. Reducing the cost of freight (the cost of fuel and lubricants account for a large part of the cost of transport operations), minimizing the negative environmental load on the part of vehicles on the environment.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The average mileage of cars is reduced by 15-45%, the load factor of cars is increased by 7-12%, the demand for transport is reduced and the cost of transportation is reduced.

Description of the development:

The software consists of electronic maps of the delivery area of goods, directories, a road editor and an analytical module. Electronic maps show a route grid of roads, to which points of loading and unloading of goods can be "tied". With the help of built-in road editors, changes are made to the traffic situation, intraquarter passages to points of sale The program directories contain information for constructing routes and selecting, loading cars from the available to use. The directory includes car guides, drivers, freight forwarders, delivery points, garages, warehouses, etc. Tools for working with directories allow them to edit, conduct a quick search, export data. The result of the program is the route sheets for all cars, formed according to the order of the shopping centers and the reverse order of loading. When installing a GPS monitoring device on a vehicle, it is possible to monitor the development of the route by each planned vehicle.
