TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

SYSTEMS OF SELECTIVE DISINTEGRATION OF SOLID MINERAL RESOURCES IN THE FIELD OF CENTRIFUGAL FORCES AND THE CREATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR


Purpose of the development: To ensure the optimization of the size of the grinded material and further efficient processing with minimal energy costs.

Recommended application field: Labor protection, ecology, geotechnical and mining mechanics.

Advantages over analogues: The equipment makes it possible to obtain a product of 5-10 mm in size, in contrast to existing cone crushers, that crush the ore in fine crushing stages to a size of 25-30 mm, which will reduce the power consumption in ore preparation processes by 15-20% and increase productivity by as much.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: The production of a crushed product, the size of which is less by 5-10 mm with the selective opening of the useful component, allowed to increase the productivity of the equipment by 17-20% and the quality of iron ore concentrate by 1.5-2%, which makes this product competitive in the world market.

The development of the theoretical foundations of solid materials in the field of centrifugal forces, the creation of a fundamentally new technology and the design of a centrifugal disintegrator with a damping support of the accelerating rotor will allow the implementation of a new concept of ore preparation - the redistribution of energy costs between grinding crushing cycles in the direction of increasing the specific weight of the crushing cycle. This new approach to the ore preparation process is due to the fact that in this process only 5% of electric energy is spent on the process of ore crushing, and 65% - on grinding (grinding) process. Therefore, a promising strategy in this direction is to reduce the size of the crushed product from 20-30 mm to 5-10 mm, since every millimeter the reduction in the size of the crushing cycle makes it possible to reduce the energy intensity by 1.0-1.5% and to increase the productivity of the technological process by the same amount Grinding of ore, as a whole, will reduce the cost of electricity and increase the productivity of ore crushing by the same amount. At the same time, due to selective destruction of ore in a centrifugal disintegrant, the quality of the concentrate (i.e., the mass fraction of the useful component) is increased by 1.5-2.0%.
