TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE RELIABILITY OF THE AIRCRAFT PARK OF UKRAINE


Purpose of the development: The system is designed to collect and process data on the reliability of the aircraft fleet of Ukraine and to improve the procedures for providing reporting documentation on identified defects and malfunctions by operators and maintenance organizations.

Recommended application field: Aviation. The system can be implemented in large airlines, developers and manufacturers of aviation equipment, as well as in military aviation.

Advantages over analogues: The control is carried out on the basis of the planned tasks of the State Aviation Administration and in accordance with the common European Aviation Requirements (EAR) to ensure the appropriate level of reliability of the AT and improve the procedures for providing reporting documentation on identified defects and malfunctions by operators and maintenance organizations.

Description of the development:

The main tasks of the system are: - maintenance and support of AT's airworthiness and safety of flights in automatic telephone exchanges on the basis of the analysis and generalization of operational experience of various types of aircraft; - preparation of evidentiary documentation for AT certification; - accounting and analysis of information on failures, operating time and resource status of AT; - determination and analysis of the dynamics of the change in the characteristics of reliability and flight safety during the operation of the AT; - conducting a comparative and predictive analysis of the technical state of PS and AD and solving problems arising during their operation; - preparation of evidentiary documentation on the current technical condition of AT. Basic modes of the system: - input and processing of data on the failures and operating time of the aircraft fleet of airlines for monitoring and reliability analysis tasks; - introduction and functioning of a system for classifying information on AT failures based on address coders, systems / subsystems of the PS, locations - aircraft zones, form of maintenance, detection phase, consequences, etc., in accordance with international standards and requirements of the State Aviation Administration; - calculation of reliability indicators (K1000, MTBF, failure rates, hours and landings / cycles, in flight and in operation) by type of aircraft, basic products (glider, engines, GPS), types of equipment, functional systems and units; - comparative analysis of the reliability of the operator's PS; - a comparative analysis of the reliability of the aircraft in accordance with the calendar periods of operation; - monitoring the state of reliability of aircraft types; - control of the level of reliability of the aircraft, their main products, types of equipment and functional systems in quarters and years. Formation of control levels of reliability; - control of reliability indicators of aircraft components in special cases of operation (failures due to design, production and operational reasons that led to flight delays or flight delays, various forms of incidents, etc.); - monitoring and monitoring of general indicators of reliability and efficiency of aircraft operation; - calculation and analysis of reliability indicators of components (units) of the aircraft; - prediction of aggregate failures based on probabilistic and extrapolation methods; - construction of graphs and diagrams of the received data and their export to EXCEL and WORD; - the formation of quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on the analysis of the reliability of the fleet of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
