The proposed method is carried out by introducing alpha tokoferenatsenta (short chain analogue of vitamin E) in combination with isoniazid oil solution. In this case, there is clearly more pronounced antiedematous, anti-inflammatory and anti-sclerotic effect than vitamin E pharmacopoeia. This is supported by: - A more pronounced tendency to limit the inflammatory foci; - A significant reduction in tricky necrosis; - Prevalence of lymphoid cells on epithelioid, which indicates an increase of the immune reactivity of the organism; - A decrease in infiltration and edema (before their extinction) in mezhalveolyarnyh pregorodkah that promotes effective prevention fibroobrazovaniya. For the production of the drug can be used existing production lines.
