LASER INFRASTRUCTURE FORM FORMATION OF METAL SPACE CONSTRUCTIONS OF COMPLEX CONFIGURATION

A new method of double-beam laser shaping is designed for the manufacture of products from sheet materials.

Advantages over analogues:
The developed method makes it possible to produce products of complex configuration from sheets of three times the thickness (including those of hard-deformed materials) with high productivity, as compared to alternative methods of processing, to increase their rigidity, to reduce the metal capacity of structures with increasing rigidity, to avoid the use of expensive special equipment, especially It is important in small-lot and piece production.

Description of the development:
() Application of single-beam processing scheme allows processing sheets with a thickness of up to 3 mm, with radiation power up to 0.2-3 kW and processing speeds of 1-5 m / min; with a two-beam - up to 10 mm thick, 1.5 kW main beam power, 0.5 kW auxiliary, and speeds of 1-7 m / min.
To obtain maximum productivity (3-5 ° / pass), it is necessary to perform the shaping at the maximum possible radiation power, minimum focus area size and optimal processing speed; to achieve high accuracy (1-10 '/ pass), it is advisable to carry out the treatment at higher relative movement speeds, increasing the number of irradiation cycles.
