To identify the victims with the traditional method, the following actions are performed: - identification of body fragments and biomass at the site of the tragedy; - transportation of what is left for identification; - providing relatives of the deceased with "Conventional or special DNA samples of the deceased"; - examination of DNA; - identification (full name, date of birth) of the deceased person. Such identification requires a lot of time, funds, special equipment, special reagents and forensic specialists. The information of the proposed identifier is made in the form of an inscription or code with heat-resistant and explosion-resistant sewing threads machine stitches that correspond to the programmed text and numeric characters or QR code, barcode, perforation code of information about the deceased person (name, group Blood and Rh factor, date of birth) without DNA-examination of fragments of the bodies of the deceased person.
