Purpose of the development:
For the description of X-ray diagnostic images using the "experience" of the electronic data bank and templates of possible operational characteristics; processing of synthesized images and adjusting their brightness and contrast.
Recommended application field:
The complex can be used in the military field. Partners are enterprises that manufacture products from composite polymer, carbide materials, reinforced aluminum, steel and titanium, taking into account their functional and structural features.
Advantages over analogues:
X-ray flaw detection (as well as X-ray tomography) on specific examples demonstrated its effectiveness in detecting operational defects in protective layer products when they are X-ray transparent and using high-quality recording elements of X-ray systems.

() It is proposed to develop products from composite polymer carbide materials (including silicon carbide), reinforced aluminum, steel or titanium using non-destructive X-ray inspection methods, taking into account the functional and structural features of products for identifying and classifying technological and operational defects in order to optimize the ways of their possible elimination and prediction of the influence of existing defects, on the operational characteristics of products, including their reaction to the actions shock load.
