WATER TREATMENT PLANT


Purpose of the development: The invention relates to the field of water supply, namely, deironing of groundwater in local schemes of water supply, in particular for private cottages or autonomous water supply facilities with underground water intake.

Recommended application field: De-ironing of groundwater in local schemes of water supply.

Advantages over analogues: Compared with other deironing devices of groundwater, this unit provides high efficiency of water purification from iron compounds, does not allow the secondary development of microflora, provides a long period of operation of storage facilities (hydroaccumulator), high reliability of operation and lower cost of de-water.

Description of the development:

The water deironing plant consists of a pressure filter with a floating charge, an aerated water pipeline, a recirculation pipeline with a vacuum-ejector aerator, a discharge line for the first filtrate, a washing line, and a pipeline of de-water. The principle of operation of the deironing plant is as follows. Underground water is supplied by submerged pump, part of which passes through vacuum-ejector aerator and is saturated with air oxygen and is recycled through a recirculation pipeline into the well for mixing with underground water. The water flow through the recirculation pipeline is regulated by means of an adjusting valve, which depends, first of all, on the concentration of ferrous oxide in the underground water. Water saturated with oxygen flows through a pipeline of aerated water into a pressure filter with a floating charge, where it is purified from iron. The depleted water is collected in a hydraulic accumulator and flows to the consumer through a line of de-watered water. The filtration of water on a pressure filter with a floating charge occurs cyclically as the hydraulic accumulator is emptied and the submerged pump is switched on. During one filtering cycle, the filtration rate gradually decreases, which is associated with an increase in the pressure in the accumulator. A pressure filter with a floating charge is periodically outputted to the flushing.
