Purpose of the development: To create electric engines for land, water and air transport, heavy-duty magnets, superconducting energy storage devices, non-lethal weapons, computer equipment.

Recommended application field: The results can be used to create electric engines for land and water and air transport, heavy-duty magnets, superconducting energy storage devices, non-lethal weapons, and computer technology. Possible partners are organizations of various forms of ownership (mainly research) that participate in the creation of new high-temperature superconducting materials for electronics, power, transport and medicine, as well as defense enterprises involved in the development of precision weapons, the production of new generation systems for protection from electromagnetic radiation, in the development of non-lethal weapons.

Advantages over analogues: The problem of stabilization of superconducting ceramics by obtaining polymer-HTSC-ceramic compositions is solved for the first time.

Description of the development:

It is proposed to develop high-temperature superconducting materials with a superconducting transition temperature of 80-110 K. By varying the chemical composition of the base high-temperature superconducting compounds, a certain change in the physico-chemical properties of the synthesized superconductors is achieved (an increase in the superconducting transition temperature). The results can be used to create electric motors, super-power magnets, superconducting energy storage devices, non-lethal weapons, computer equipment-through the creation of Josephson junctions, microwave components (generators, passive elements, resonators, filters, delay lines), transistors with operating frequency Up to 100 GHz, sensitive electronic devices (magnetometers, HTSC-bolometers for recording IR radiation).
