A method for cleaning and structuring water consists in freezing it in a container and defrosting pure ice. In this case, the freezing of water is stopped when the electrical resistance of the ice region adjacent to the water surface with impurities reaches a predetermined value. Water with impurities is poured from the container until it freezes, the ice is melted by the heat of the environment and pure water is obtained, which is additionally molecularly structured, passing it through a laminar flow through the capillaries. The device for water purification with a one-time freeze has a standard polyethylene container with a plug at the bottom, and a heat-insulating jacket is placed on the bottom of the container. The plug is built in: A) two silver-plated electrodes that are movable along the axis of the vessel to measure the electrical resistance of ice, the working areas of which are in water at a height to which it is planned to freeze water with the possibility of freezing the sections into ice, and the ends of the conductors of the electrodes are connected to an ohmmeter; B) a tube of diamagnetic material and a stopcock for the discharge of clean water, filled, for example, with nylon fibers with a metallic, for example silver coating and graphite fibers, which are electrically contacted with each other and located parallel to the axis of the tube on which the magnet is fixed from the outside.
