BOLOMETRIC MILANERTSIONAL COLOR SENSORS OF INFRARED REGION SPECTRUM
Purpose of the development:
The Ukrainian institute has developed a technology and equipment designed for infrared vision of the middle range and monitoring of the distribution of the thermal field of parts and constructions.
Recommended application field:
Systems of guidance for various purposes, machine building, transport.
Advantages over analogues:
- ability to read the image from different parts of the middle infrared spectrum;
- cheap material and manufacturing technology, use of polycrystalline material;
- the technological complex is easy to use;
- high photosensitivity and signal ratio.

Description of the development:
() The method of creation of colored low-inertial bolometric sensors for a medium-infrared region based on photosensitivity of thin films of lead chalcogenides is developed.
The elements of the sensors are simultaneously applied to the surface of the working substrate of the film PbS, PbTe, PbSe with anti-reflective coating.
Minor inertia is provided by the optimal ratio: working space.
