PYROELECTRIC RECEIVER OF INFRARED RADIATION ON THE BASIS OF POLYCRYSTALLINE ORGANIC POLYCYCLIC COMPOUNDS
Purpose of the development:
The development is intended for measuring the temperature at IR radiation, expanding the functionality of thermovision devices.
Recommended application field:
Photonics, optics, medical instrumentation, surveillance systems, storage and display of information.
Technical characteristic:
- specific indicative ability, cm W-1 Hz1/2: 3 * 10 to 8 degrees;
• the sensitivity threshold is not higher, W Hz-1/2: 5 * 10 in minus 10 degrees;
• area of electromagnetic radiation, m: 0,4 - 20;
• operating temperature range, ° С: -20 - 40.
Advantages over analogues:
- low sensitivity dependence on wavelength;
- working temperature - room;
- simplicity of design and manufacturing technology.
