TECHNOLOGY OF LASER FLOORING OF STRENGTHENING COATINGS ON METALLIC DETAILS

The development is designed to increase the hardness, strength and wear resistance of parts.

Heavy and medium engineering, military equipment and equipment.

Description of the development:
() Methods have been developed to increase the strength of metallic materials (in particular, cast iron and aluminum alloys) by fusing superhard materials-nitrides and metal oxides into the near-surface region of parts with a pulsed laser beam. This allows us to intensify the use of metal equipment.
Technological characteristics of laser radiation: duration - 10 ns, power density - 10 to 9 degrees W/sq. meters.
