COMBINED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM OF CLIMATIZATION OF EXPERIMENTAL PASSIVE HOUSE TYPE "0-ENERGY"

Purpose of the development: For heat supply of small houses (country houses, cottages, etc.).

Recommended application field: Construction, housing and communal services, private economy.

Technical characteristic: The value of the thermal capacity of the systems: - heating - 2,6 kW; - hot water supply - 3,4 kW; - attraction and exhaust ventilation (with air heating) - 5.7 kW. Specific heat losses of the building with a total area of 306m2 are 14.3 kWh / (m2 * year) with the calculated values of the minimum outside air temperature in the heating period -22 ° C and indoor air in the premises of 20 ° C.

Advantages over analogues: The system makes it possible to abandon the use of exhaustive sources of energy (gas, coal), from the use of a heat pump and the use of electrical energy, instead of using the energy of the heat of the ground. The use of horizontal heat exchangers shallow in the soil massif makes it possible not to spend money on specialized equipment, but to install them using improvised means, on personal plots, on the adjacent territories to provide air heating.

The development stage readiness: Pre-production model is made

Description of the development:
()
The source for the heat pump with a capacity of 6.2 kW is the low-potential heat of the soil mass around the house, which is removed with the help of soil-liquid heat exchangers (polyethylene pipes, multi- or U-like heat exchangers are installed in 8 subsoil wells with a depth of 25 m and in a water well with depth up to 40 m or 3 horizontal serpentine and register collectors at a depth of up to 2.2 m) in combination with heating devices, such as warm water floors (including capillary) of different laying geometry and heat lobe exchangers in the space between the rooms, as well as liquid-air heat exchangers (wall and floor) for heating and air conditioning in the premises (fan coils). In the warm period of the year, the system assumes seasonal soil storage of heat (including passive air conditioning in rooms) with subsequent use in the cold period. Provision is made for forced supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery with auxiliary air heating after the output of the recuperator into the house, as well as reheating of incoming outside air due to its preliminary passage through soil-air heat exchangers. As a backup heating system, a radiator system based on a universal solid fuel boiler equipped with a paillet burner is provided, and a passive-convective air heating system is provided as an emergency heating system when it flushes the surfaces of the solid fuel furnace. In some rooms there is also an electric cable and thermo-film system for floor and wall heating. Auxiliary sources of heat are: storage tanks of heat for seasonal use, incl. with paraffin-containing mixture) operation of a solid fuel fireplace with a system of water washing of its external surfaces; the organization of a thermal curtain of facades of the house by air which preliminary passes through ground volumetric accumulators of heat; water intake of industrial water for technical and domestic needs from a well depth of 38.5 m on the territory of the house. The basic heat supply systems are automated.
