Advantages over analogues: The installation of water conditioning is aimed at increasing the efficiency of using the oxidizer due to the improvement of its solubility conditions. It allows to create conditions for oxidation of a high concentration of oxidizing impurities of water, removal of dissolved gases from its volume and a more complete use of the oxidizing ability of the oxidizer, thereby leading to a reduction in energy costs when it is conditioned.

Description of the development:

The installation contains a high concentration of impurities capable of oxidizing - ions of predominantly divalent iron, impurities of organic origin, and the like. The device for water saturation with an oxidizer is made in the form of sprinklers located above the surface of the granular material of the aerator and is characterized by the fact that an ozone dispersant is located in the aerator under the lower boundary of the floating granular layer. The supply of ozone to the lower boundary of the floating aerated granular layer prevents its free release into the atmosphere, causing an increase in the duration of contact of ozone with oxidized impurities, thereby contributing to an increase in the use of the oxidizing ability of a mixture of air and ozone oxygen that are below the lower boundary of the floating granular layer. Gradually along the height of the aerator, the movement of air and ozone dispersed in water is accompanied by an increase in the duration of their contact with the volume of water being treated. In addition, during the descending direction of the water flow through the aerator, as the depth increases below the level of the dispersed oxidizer, the hydraulic pressure increases, which has a positive effect on the solubility of the oxidant in the volume of the treated water.
