The installation relates to systems of wave power plants, namely those in which floating bodies (a vessel, a raft, a pontoon, etc.) are used as wave converters, which oscillate relative to the fixed support or relative to each other. An installation for converting the energy of surface water waves into electrical energy, which consists of hingedly connected floating bodies, a power converter (piston pump), levers, hinges and anchor device, is characterized in that it is coaxial with the lever and articulated and connected to it by an installed vertical bar, which is connected to the rod of a garland of high-pressure reciprocating pumps, and a pressure tank-accumulator connected by a pipeline to a turbine is installed, and the upper pool of the pressure tank-accumulator is equipped with air impermeable diaphragm.
