Purpose of the development: Improving the technology of production of dry construction mixtures.

Recommended application field: Industry of building materials.

Technical characteristic: When mixing the proposed mixture with water, a plastic solution is formed, the water-cement ratio of which, to ensure the required consistency according to DSTU B.2.7-126: 2011, is 0.32 ... 0.34. Thanks to the two-stage mixing, the highly disperse filler (granite flour), modified by the introduction of a water-retaining additive and a superplasticizer, creates an activating effect on the processes of structure formation of the solution, which makes it possible to provide its high adhesion and compressive strength.

Advantages over analogues: The mixture obtained by the proposed method, in comparison with the prototype, provides much greater adhesion to the bases and compressive strength at the age of 28 days. Adhesion increases by an average of 32%, and compressive strength by 22%.

The method for obtaining a dry construction mixture includes a two-stage mixing of cement, sand, filler and plasticizer, in the first stage the filler is mixed with plasticizing and water-retaining additives, the second - the modified filler is mixed with cement and sand, and as a filler, flour that is trapped as dust , when grinding granite rocks onto crushed stone.
