METHOD OF PRODUCING CONCRETE BY DISPERSED-REINFORCED ORIENTED STEEL FIBER
Purpose of the development:
Improving the technology of production of fiber-reinforced concrete.
Recommended application field:
Industry of building materials.
Advantages over analogues:
Due to the effect of rarefaction of the mixture caused by the action of the superplasticizer, it is possible to obtain a highly mobile mixture (OK = 18 ... 19 cm), which promotes uniform distribution and orientation of the fiber in the direction of the magnetic field of the electromagnet of the vibro-pad. When using fiber length of 30-60 mm provides improved adhesion to cement stone. The orientation of the fiber is perpendicular to the action of the working load, which increases the strength of concrete by tensile strength by a factor of 1.2-1.5 as compared with the prototype.

Description of the development:
() The preparation of concrete with a dispersion-reinforced steel fiber, which includes dosing and mixing portland cement, aggregates, superplasticizer, water, mixing the resulting concrete mixture with steel fiber and further consolidating it on a magnetic vibroplate to provide an improved orientation of the steel fiber, is characterized by introducing a steel wavy fiber length of 30-60 mm, and as a superplasticizer use the ester of a copolymer of carboxylic acids, which promotes uniform distribution and orientation of the fiber.
