HEATING OVEN "RECORD" TYPE ORP-1
Purpose of the development:
The furnace is designed for heating rooms up to 50 m square. and for cooking.
Recommended application field:
The furnace can be used for heating tents, dugouts, dugouts, mobile roadblocks and other field shelters.
Technical characteristic:
- the overall size of the oven without taking into account the chimney is 400x310x650 mm;
- weight not more than 70 kg.
Advantages over analogues:
High efficiency in comparison with traditional "burzhujki" in 2-3 times.

Description of the development:

Fuel combustion takes place in three phases:
- in the main furnace on a cast iron grate;
- afterburning of small fractions that fall through the main grate, on an additional grate;
- afterburning of the combustion gases that are contained in the combustion products, due to the injection of hot air into the afterburner. The application of this method ensures the completeness of fuel combustion and, as a result, high efficiency in comparison with traditional "burzhuykami" in 2-3 times.
The main operating mode of the furnace is the extended combustion mode, when the fuel in the main chamber burns with a dosed air supply. The burning time of a single charge, depending on the quality of the fuel, reaches 3.5-4 hours.
The presence of a viewing window allows to establish the desired intensity of elongated combustion.
The furnace can work continuously, the burned ash falls into the ash drawer and is removed without stopping the combustion process.
For cooking and heating food the oven has a hob.
The stove can be additionally equipped with: sheds for drying clothes, a tank for heating water, an electronic unit for charging mobile phones, batteries of various devices and lighting.
