Purpose of the development: Determination of hydrate formation parameters of gas and study of the effectiveness of inhibitors of this process at gas production facilities.

Recommended application field: Oil and gas industry.

Technical characteristic: - the maximum pressure in the reactor - 8 MPa; - the maximum increase in the object of investigation - up to 200 times; - the rotational speed of the agitator shaft - up to 300 times; - the presence of a built-in five-cell cassette for simultaneous examination in five low-volume samples; - the presence of a system of temperature sensors with direct contact with the medium and digital signal output; The installation is equipped with systems: - regulation of lighting of the reactor content and mini samples; - changes in the angle of inclination of the reactor; - autonomous power supply.

Advantages over analogues: The installation is the most compact, autonomous and mobile, which will allow for a short time to organize high-quality research directly on gas production facilities.

The setup allows one to investigate the hydrate formation parameters of reservoir systems with a liquid phase volume of up to 70 ml while stimulating phase contact by agitation or five mini samples to 0.2 ml without stirring. It allows to control, control, analyze and fix the hydrate formation kinetics and dissociation at the phase boundary and in the liquid volume. At the same time, visual control of the processes taking place in the minireactor and their photo and video fixation is performed at a magnification up to 200 times. The optical system, the reactor design and its lighting system allow you to adjust the focus with sufficient clarity both on the surface of the liquid in the reactor and on the inner surface of the viewing window, where 5 cells are placed to accommodate up to five small-volume samples. In combination with the original technique, the installation makes it possible to establish the equilibrium parameters of the process with maximum consideration of a complex of factors. The experimental sample is made, the technique of carrying out of researches is fulfilled.
