TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

DEVELOPMENT OF A WATER HEATER BOILER WITH THERMAL POWER OF 0.5 MW THROUGH THE LARGE-FACTORED BIOLOGICAL FUEL


Purpose of the development: For heating and hot water supply of residential, industrial and administrative buildings in closed heat supply systems.

Recommended application field: In housing and communal services.

Technical characteristic: - nominal heating capacity, MW - 0,5; - type of fuel - wood chips, wood pellets, combined pellets; Fuel consumption per 1 Gcal: - wood chips, kg / h - 340; - wood pellets, kg / h - 290; - combined pellets, kg / h - 260; - minimum temperature of flue gases, ° С - 15.

Advantages over analogues: Benefits: - burning of various types of solid biofuel; - the use of burners with different principles of operation; - payback period up to 18 months; - support for the maximum possible efficiency (at least 90%); - the design allows you to quickly replace the main elements of the boiler during operation. Efficiency: - replacement of the use of natural gas for solid fuel; - reduction of NOx emissions to 300 mg / m3 and CO emissions to 50 mg / m3.

The development stage readiness: Ready for application

Technical and economic effect: Evaluation of the financial efficiency of the project has shown that the implementation of all project options under the same initial conditions is economically feasible with a payback period of up to 3 years.

Description of the development:

The boiler is standardized KVU-0.5T consists of two unified elements: a lined furnace and a removable water-heating drum with smoke tubes. The design of the boiler allows the use of retort pellet burners or clamped bed burners, which are designed to burn large solid fuel. This boiler design allows fuel to be fed to combustion in full automatic mode or by manual feeding of solid fuel. Structurally, the boiler is 3-way in the flue gas and 2-way in the water. The design of the boiler allows, if necessary, to replace the water-heating drum on the steam, change the type of fuel and fuel-supply. The drum consists of a cylindrical body, two tube boards and two bundles of inclined smoke tubes and has in the middle a horizontally arranged grid that distributes its water volume into two identical compartments. Such a constructive solution allows obtaining a two-way system of coolant motion and evenly distributing temperature gradients throughout the drum volume.
