PORTABLE ANALYZER OF BENZOSPIRT AND OTHER ORGANIC SOLUTIONS "IM-2"


Purpose of the development: To study the quantitative composition of weakly conductive and dielectric multicomponent organic solutions, incl. based on gasoline, oil, oils. Measurement of the dielectric constant and the impedance of high-resistance liquid materials with a resistivity of up to 1000000000000-10000000000000 Ohm cm and materials with low dielectric constant values (solid gasolines and benzanol mixtures, oil and industrial oils).

Recommended application field: Enterprises of gasoline and benzanol fuel. Control services, sanitary stations. Customs.

Technical characteristic: - the operating frequency range - 0.5 Hz-150 kHz in steps of 1 Hz; - the maximum permissible fundamental frequency deviation is ± 1%; - the maximum permissible error in determining the impedance components is ± 20% for the minimum frequency, ± 10% for the maximum frequency; - communication with a computer via the RS232 or USB interface; - power supply - 12V / 0,5A; - overall dimensions - 300x300x70 mm; - weight - no more than 0.5 kg.

Description of the development:

The device operates on the principle of an impedance spectrometer and performs measurements of the total impedance and phase shift of solutions in the frequency range from 0.5 Hz to 150 kHz using digital filtering (discrete Fourier transform). The component composition of water-alcohol and benzanol solutions is evaluated by measuring the frequency dependences of the impedance components of solutions in the frequency range from 500 Hz to 10 kHz and determining the permeability and resistivity of the solution under investigation from them, and from the latter - the quantitative composition of the mixture.
