To develop projects, a special working group is created, which includes employees of the local government, representatives of business and non-governmental organizations and active residents of the city / village. Experts provide methodological and organizational assistance, carry out an expert assessment of the state of the society and opportunities for the development of the city, help to conduct a survey of residents and local business entities, contribute to the establishment of interaction with the media. As a result, a draft of the city's strategic development plan, supported at public hearings, for the next 10 years is being submitted to the City Council meeting.
