EXPERIMENTAL SAMPLE OF AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR SEARCHING SUSPICIOUS OBJECTS ON VIDEO FROM A FREE AIRCRAFT
Purpose of the development:
To perform combat missions of aerial reconnaissance tactical level.

Technical characteristic:
The automated system (AS) includes an unmanned aircraft (BVS) and a ground station (NS). The AVS as a payload contains a camera, a single-board computer for processing video data and synchronizing video frames and telemetry data on board. The NS consists of the pilot's workplace intended for the control of the air defense system; and the operator's workstation, designed to process the received data in a mode close to the real-time mode.
Advantages over analogues:
As practice shows, the decryption time (processing) of the received video data with the use of speakers is significantly reduced.
Analogues present on the Ukrainian market realize only the standard way of using the BBC for reconnaissance tasks (given above), without applying digital data processing methods, at least in an amount sufficient to automate the subtasks.

Description of the development:
() The main ways to use an unmanned aircraft (ACS) for carrying out reconnaissance tasks are: launching an air defense system over a region in which it is necessary to perform reconnaissance, obtain a video stream from it during a flight in real time, or when recording a video stream during the entire flight, view the video data received by the operator, the identification of objects of interest, in manual mode. AC, described, allows you to reduce the amount of work performed by the operator by introducing an automatic search engine (PAP) into the CVS of objects that may be of interest.
The principle of operation of the AS is as follows. During the flight, the PAP selects objects that may be of interest, transmits them along with the telemetry data that corresponds to them, to the ground station where the operator manually scans the received objects, if necessary changes the settings of the search process and sends new settings to the BBC.
