QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE BAR OF PADLES SKP-01
Purpose of the development:
To control the quality of ball bearings for their vibro-characteristics and the run-out criterion. The need for such systems exists at all enterprises of serial and repair production of the machine-building complex of Ukraine.

All design bureaus, serial and repair production of the machine-building complex of Ukraine (aerospace, land and other branches).
Advantages over analogues:
The SCP-01 system differs fundamentally from the known analogous systems by the original way of evaluating the status of the ball bearing through its contactless rotation and contactless axial and radial load using electromagnetic inductors and electromagnetic devices, which can eliminate the defects of all known vibration diagnostic systems, where the contact method of rotation always introduces random vibrational component and uncertainty.

Description of the development:
() Performance SKP-01 - up to 30 ball bearings per hour, depending on the task of research or volume of tests. The monitoring system is automated and allows using a special software to conduct multiple monitoring of the condition of bearings in online mode. The stand provides bearings control over a wide range of sizes, as well as an assessment of their condition by vibration acceleration and running time. It is possible to conduct a special comparative spectral analysis of the primary signals in the dynamics.
