Technical and economic effect: The feasibility study of the use of the vichro-chamber supercharger in the system of pneumatic coal dust transportation with a concentration of 2.3 kg / kg and a capacity of 1 ton / h has shown that the use of a gas-chamber supercharger allows an annual saving of 219,000 kWh, which at a cost of 1 kWh in 1, 95 UAH, Leads to an economic effect in such a system of almost 427 thousand UAH in year,

Description of the development:

Essentially new jet superchargers of centrifugal action have been developed. Their design does not contain movable mechanical parts, and also seals, due to which they have high reliability and durability characteristics are inherent in jet technology. The concept of superchargers is based on a new principle for jet blowers: a combination of positive process qualities in centrifugal and jet blowers and features of hydrodynamics of limited rotating flows.
