FLEXIBLE PHOTOELECTRIC TRANSFORMERS OF SOLAR ENERGY BASED ON THE CdS / CdTe HETEROSYSTEMS
Purpose of the development:
To generate electricity under the action of solar radiation. Autonomous flexible and ultra-light source of electric power of small and medium power.
Recommended application field:
In mobile electronic devices, including military applications, unmanned aerial vehicles, automobile refrigeration units.
Technical characteristic:
The mini-module consists of 20 photoelectric converters and generates current and voltage at the point of maximum power Jm = 2,1mA / cm2, Um = 2,2V, respectively.
Advantages over analogues:
The best industrial analogue of the world, solar batteries with InGap / GaAs / Ge three-stage photoelectric converters operating on concentrated solar radiation have a reduced power of 0.18 kW / kg (1.9 kW / kg development provided).

Description of the development:
() An important indicator is the reduced power for individual solar cells, which is 2.5 kW / kg with an efficiency of 11.4%, and for a mini-module - 1.9 kW / kg with an efficiency of 4.6%.
