Purpose of the development: Designed for use by specialized domestic enterprises, provides a significant reduction in energy costs and the expansion of the raw material base of production.

Advantages over analogues: The advantage of the developed technologies is a decrease in the firing temperature of products: sanitary-engineering at 50 ° C, domestic-use at 100 ° C and electrotechnical at 200 ° C and exclusion of free-flow irrigation compared with existing technologies, and use of alternative mineral raw materials in Ukraine, which determines effect of energy saving and exclusion of dependence of domestic producers on raw materials imports. The developed raw material compositions of masses and jade watering are adapted to the most effective and widespread methods of forming in the production of porcelain for various functional purposes. Technological parameters of production ensure the implementation of a full cycle of manufacturing of household, sanitary and electrical and electrical products that meet the requirements of existing standards.

The development embodies the idea of implementing the principles of energy saving and import substitution in high-quality and material-intensive porcelain production of various functional purposes. Intensification of sintering and phase formation under conditions of low-temperature porcelain synthesis is ensured by the accelerated formation of a melt directed to regulating its properties through complex chemical modification of mass compositions and watering.
