INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF HIGH-EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONAL COATINGS
Purpose of the development:
High-performance environmentally friendly technological processes for the application of coatings with synergistic alloys, oxides, composites and nanolamines.
Recommended application field:
Mechanical engineering, chemical industry, municipal services, motor transport industry, nanoelectronics, electrochemical energy and environmental technologies.
Technical characteristic:
The coating on light alloys has wear resistance at the level of hard alloys, microhardness - up to 2500 kg / mm2, porosity - from 2 to 50%, breakdown voltage - up to 6000 V, corrosion resistance - 1 point (highest) and withstand heat stroke up to 2500 ° C, and multicomponent alloys - corrosion resistance and microhardness is higher than that of hard chromium coatings.
Advantages over analogues:
Coating on light metals (aluminum, titanium, magnesium) have extremely high adhesion, resistance to high temperatures, chemical resistance to corrosive media. The coprecipitated oxides of transition metals (manganese, cobalt, etc.) provide high catalytic properties in oxidation-reduction reactions, and coating with multicomponent alloys, composites and nanolaminates significantly exceed the original components in terms of characteristics.

The practical importance and demand for developments is due to the extremely high hardness of coatings, wear resistance, low friction coefficient, corrosion and magnetic properties, catalytic activity in heterophase, photo- and electrochemical reactions, is used in many branches of the industrial complex.
