Purpose of the development: The Ukrainian Institute has developed innovative burners for industrial furnaces using the technology of uniform heating of products, which ensures high uniformity of heating, reducing fuel consumption, increasing furnace productivity and improving environmental performance.

Recommended application field: Furnaces of precision metal heating, furnaces for the burning of ceramic products and refractories, stands for drying and heating of metallurgical ladles.

Advantages over analogues: - intensification and acceleration of the heating process, increasing the productivity of the unit; - organization of intensive recycling of gases that heat and equalize their temperature in the working space of the unit; - simplifying the design of the liner and extending its service life; - reduction of fuel consumption; - reduction of the content of harmful substances in gases that are removed from the unit.

The main idea is to use the energy of high-velocity jets of gas combustion products for intensive mixing of the gas medium and equalizing its temperature. Jets are created with the help of special burners with the rate of leakage of jets of combustion products from 100 m / s. A series of HDDs with a power of 80 kW to 1.5 MW has been developed. The technology is complete. All burners have passed state acceptance tests and are recommended for use on aggregates, where it is necessary to provide intensive, uniform heating. Ensuring the quality of gas combustion - the content of harmful substances in combustion products from HDD burners.
