Purpose of the development: To generate electricity and heat energy and organic fertilizers from agricultural waste.

Recommended application field: Agriculture (large poultry farms, livestock complexes).

Technical characteristic: The bioenergy center can be 80% equipped with domestic equipment, such as a cogeneration station based on the 11GD100M engine (DP "Malyshev Plant") with the following characteristics: electric power - 1000 kW, thermal power - 1100 kW, biogas consumption - 420 nm3 / kWh. Engine-electric units can be used as the main or reserve source of electric power (three-phase alternating current with voltage 6300 V, frequency of current - 50 Hz).

Advantages over analogues: Design indicators of an autonomous bioenergy center for a pig farm with a population of 30,000 animals using biogas as motor fuel in a modular cogeneration plant: 87% of the generated heat energy is spent on the own needs of the complex; the rest - 13% - can be used as a commodity product. For the operation of the bioenergy center, about 200 kW / h of electricity (20% of the produced amount) of 800 kWh can be sold as a commodity.

Technical and economic effect: Preliminary investment evaluation of the project. To accurately calculate the technical and economic performance indicators, you need to link to a specific design object. When selling goods, the payback period of capital expenditures will be 2.0-2.5 years.

Large bioenergy centers that use the technology of anaerobic (methane) fermentation of manure drains of agricultural enterprises as a result of processing receive biogas, which can be used as a gaseous fuel or for the generation of heat and electric energy, and a stray mass that is a high-quality organic fertilizer. In addition, processing of manure drains prevents contamination of groundwater, reservoirs and soil contamination with helminths and pathogens, that is, bioenergy centers solve both energy and environmental problems.
