TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

ENERGY EFFICIENT HEATING SYSTEM OF THE RAILWAYS OF THE RAILWAY COMPOSITIONS OF CUSHION MATERIALS AND ROTATING OVENS FOR THEIR BURNING


Purpose of the development: Heating of large and extended production premises and facilities (for example, railway wagons with frozen cargo), drying of various materials, etc.

Recommended application field: Industrial enterprises, garages-defrosters.

Technical characteristic: Burners: - thermal power - up to 40 MW; - length / outer diameter - 7000/250 mm; - weight - from 300 kg. Ovens: - total consumption of natural gas - 3000-3800 m3 / h; - diameter and length of the drum - 3,6 and 75 m respectively; - the working temperature in the firing zone is 1250-1300 ° C.

Advantages over analogues: - ease of maintenance and reliability in work; - low operating and capital costs, does not require a large number of gas burners and instrumentation and automation devices; - the possibility of assembling from domestic components and materials; - the minimum distance of radiating pipes to wagons, which ensures the compactness of the building; - relatively uniform temperature along the length of the pipes due to the circulation circuit and special coatings; - high efficiency of the system due to low temperature of outgoing gases; - the possibility of using different types of fuel; - minimum heat losses from the room due to directional heating of the cars; - minimum thermal inertia, minimum heat consumption for heat accumulation by the room; - lack of movement of air masses, which prevents the circulation of dust and other microorganisms that are harmful to human health; - ecological compatibility (the coolant does not enter the room), fire safety.

Technical and economic effect: - establishment of a uniform temperature distribution in the high-temperature zone of the furnace more than half the length of the drum (the length of the firing zone may be 40-45 m); - a decrease in the temperature on the outer surface of the armor of the drum at the loading end, which indicates the intensification of heat transfer directly from the torch to the material and indirectly through the masonry on the material, and, consequently, the increase in the efficiency of the furnace; - stable operation of furnaces with a minimum coefficient of air consumption; - intensification of heating of the free part of the lining of the drum of the furnace, which provides two-sided heating of the material and improves the heating of the fine fraction and the finished product as a whole; - the possibility of saving fuel from 5 to 30%, increasing the productivity of the furnace while maintaining or improving the quality of the finished product on rotary kilns for various purposes is shown.

A distinctive feature of the developed defrosting system is the application of radiation (radiant) heating of large surfaces (railway trains with frozen ore) using a single contour of radiating tubes with screens and a single heat source source (furnace or heat source). Possible types of fuel: - natural or liquefied gas; - coke, blast furnace, ore-thermal, gas-generating and similar low-calorie gases; - liquid fuel, waste oil and other combustible liquid waste from various industries; - wood, peat, coal and other solid fuels.
