The universal emergency rescue mobile lifting device (ASP-6,3) is created, which ensures timely evacuation of mine personnel in case of malfunction of stationary lifting machines and stem equipment. The structure of the installation includes a mobile lifting machine with autonomous power supply, scraper pulleys and a universal stand.
