Purpose of the development: Obtaining additional sources of fuel from products and wastes from coal mining, woodworking and agricultural industries, such as: brown coal, peat, lignite, coal slimes and their combinations, sawdust, seed husks and fine plywood.

Recommended application field: Housing and communal services, private housing, thermal power stations, trains on the railway, in greenhouses: - heating of premises of furnaces of household purpose; - burning in boiler houses of local significance; - use in drying ovens; - heating of trains on the railway; - heating of greenhouses and greenhouses; - burning in forges; - use in thermal power plants.

Technical and economic effect: The plant's capacity is 5 tons per hour. The cost of installing the KHOT-31M is 25.0 thousand Euros. The cost of the production line is 80 -125 thousand Euros. Term of performance of design works - 3 - 4 months. Payback period - 8 - 10 months.

Fuel, even with the use of high-ash coal slimes, has a calorific value of at least 3500 kcal / kg, and when agglomerating low-ash coal can reach 4,500 kcal / kg, with agglomeration of anthracite sludges and suites - up to 6000 kcal / kg.
