Purpose of the development: For the production of various modifications of high-energy liquid and emulsion explosives (BB) of the brand "ERA", which have high power and low sensitivity to external pathogens. It allows to completely mechanize all operations when preparing and charging explosives into mines and the technology for producing elements of a non-electric system for initiating charges of explosives. A mobile automated mini-plant for the production of explosives was created, incl. with components of solid rocket fuel (TRT), with a safe process in the range of ambient temperatures from -35 to +60 ° C.

Recommended application field: Mining companies.

Technical characteristic: The capacity of a stationary plant for the production of emulsion explosives is 60,000 tons / year. The minimum specific costs are 0.8 - 0.94 kg per 1 m3 of rock mass. The minimum volume of toxic gases - 6,6 - 10,7l. The total economic effect is 1.08 UAH per 1m3 of rock mass (for BB of another brand).

Advantages over analogues: Reducing the cost of emulsion explosives by 15%.. Reduction of the yield of fine fractions of rock mass by 50%. Emission factor of toxic gases: 1,0 - 0,62 compared with other brand (7,09). The cost of emulsion explosives is 20% lower than the available.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The total economic effect is 1.08 UAH per 1 m3 of rock mass (other brands). The cost of EWV per 1 m3 of rock mass is 3.6 UAH (the same indicator for other brands is 4.68 and 4.56 UAH).

A risk management system has been developed based on the industrial certification of emulsion explosives, including those with solid propellant (TRT) components, which provides technical and environmental safety in the manufacture, transportation, storage and use. A safe industrial technology for the production of various modifications of new liquid and non-protected patented high-energy emulsion explosives capable of destroying breeds of any strength and water cut, which have low sensitivity to external disturbances and is relatively safe to use, allows for fully mechanizing operations for charging wells with emulsions and fabricating explosives. The directive regulations on the technology for manufacturing emulsions of various formulations at a full-scale TRT utilization facility have been developed. An economically efficient and maximally safe technology for the production of elements of a non-electric system for initiating charges of emulsion explosives using high-energy products withdrawn from TRT was created. The system of industrial certification of explosives was implemented, with the use of which the certification of developed emulsion explosives was carried out, including the high-energy components.
