Purpose of the development: The Ukrainian Institute has developed and implemented special types of burners for heating, thermal, melting furnaces in which a direct blow of the torch torch into the material of the cage is not allowed. The burners are approved for glass melting furnaces for refractory special glasses (1550 ° С), basalt melting furnaces (1480 ° С), furnaces for metallurgical conversion of scrap and waste of aluminum alloys (1100 ° С) with highly dusty and aggressive furnace medium.

Recommended application field: Any types of industrial furnaces with a working space temperature of more than 800 ° C, drying and heating buckets.

Advantages over analogues: - savings of hydrocarbon fuel from 10 to 40%; - intensification of the process of heat exchange, equalization of temperature fields in the volume of the heated chamber.

The burners range from 80 to 1600 kW for low, medium and high pressure of natural gas. The burners can work on coke or coke oven gas. The burners work both in cold air and heated in recuperators up to 600 ° C. Regenerative burners for furnaces of metallurgical redistribution of non-ferrous metals of the proposed design are first introduced in Ukraine, they have been operating since 2001 to the present day and do not have domestic analogues. The service life of the burners is at least 5 years.
