STRESSED-DEFORMED STATE OF GEOSREDIA AND DANGEROUS GEODYNAMIC PHENOMENA: THE NATURE OF THE EMERGENCE AND DIRECTION OF FORECASTING

Purpose of the development: To carry out research work on the forecast of methane accumulation zones in the coal-rock massif, the forecast of dynamic phenomena in mine workings, the investigation of the causes of accidents at mines. The obtained models can also be used for seismic zoning in the case of seismic construction, operation of civil and industrial facilities, providing life safety of mine workers, mine workings, etc.

Recommended application field: Coal mining enterprises with high level of methane-containing mixtures, increased danger of mountain impacts and other dynamic phenomena.

Advantages over analogues: The use of new approaches to the forecast of geodynamic phenomena allows obtaining information on the stressed state of the geological environment, which reduces the complexity of the process of forecasting dangerous phenomena and promotes the effective use of material resources.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The cost of implementation and the deadline for the completion of work depends on the required amount of research and the estimated area of the mine field.

Description of the development:
()
It is established that the tectonospheric stresses caused by the disturbance of the equilibrium state of the geological environment reflect elements that are the tectonic basis of seismogenerating structures. Information on the stressed-deformed states of the tectonosphere is used in various seismotectonic studies, seismic zoning of different scale. It allows to allocate regional geodynamic active zones in the hydrocarbon massif, including dynamic phenomena in mines.
