LNG PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR AGNKS AND USING HIS PARK OF LARGE CARS


Purpose of the development: The development is designed to create on the basis of existing automobile gas filling compressor stations (LNG) facilities for the production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) by the throttle-ejector cycle, with its subsequent use as motor fuel by heavy-duty vehicles.

Recommended application field: Parks of heavy vehicles.

Advantages over analogues: - significant reduction of harmful emissions with the exhaust gases; - ability to store more fuel on board; - more convenient transportation, mobility of refueling facilities.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: - increase in congestion of CNG filling stations; - reduction of overall dimensions and mass of vehicle gas-cylinder equipment at LNG; - increasing the level of safety of heavy vehicles; - a significant increase in the range of the transport range at one gas station; - creation of mobile gas filling stations; - creation of technological complexes for the use of gas from low-credit and depleted fields without the construction of auxiliary compressor stations and pipelines. - capital costs - 35100 thousand UAH; operating costs - 85410 thousand UAH; annual income - 25732 thousand UAH; the payback period - 1.3 years.

Description of the development:

When the natural gas temperature falls below -163 ...- 158 ° С, at a pressure of 1-2 ata, it passes from gaseous to liquid state, while its volume decreases more than 600 times. This makes it possible to reduce the necessary volumes of capacity for its transportation and storage. After the conversion of the gasoline engine of industrial transport, the engine does not lose power and remains able to work on gasoline. Running the engine on natural gas increases its life by 20 ... 30% and increases the life of engine oil by 50%. Re-equipment of diesel engines for use as fuel only LNG: the engine operates on a cycle Otto with a spark ignition system of a gas-air mixture. The design of the diesel engine varies considerably. The loss of power will be up to 20%. Advantages - one type of fuel. Re-equipment of the diesel engine in gas-diesel: after conversion the engine can work simultaneously on diesel and gas fuel in a ratio of 15 and 85% (at rated power, respectively). The operational replacement of diesel fuel with gas will be 50 ... 70%, depending on the engine load regime. The developer offers the following works for the implementation of the LNG project: - creation of a technical note on the project; - coordination of the project plan with organizations and structures (NAK "Naftogaz", GOK, AGNKS) - collection of necessary start information; - development of a detailed technological scheme, feasibility study; - approval of feasibility studies in organizations / structures; - pre-design works; - design work; - project implementation.
