IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY OF EXTRACTION OF HIGH-TYPED OIL BY JET PUMPS WITH USE OF ENERGY OF PULSING FLOWS
Purpose of the development:
To reduce the viscosity of heavy oil in well conditions in fields with high viscosity hydrocarbons.
Recommended application field:
The oil industry of Ukraine. In particular, the extraction of high-viscosity oil.
Advantages over analogues:
The combination of a jet pump with the action of high-viscosity oil by pulse cavitation technologies can positively affect the intensification of heavy hydrocarbon production from wells up to 2000 m deep. It has been suggested to use hydrodynamic cavitators as the generators of the impulse-cavitation effect. Such devices have minimal dimensions and weight, a simple design, does not contain any moving parts, it is easy to be mounted in the jet device. The use of a jet pump and a hydrodynamic cavitator in the technological scheme for the production of high viscosity oil makes it possible to increase the production rate by 2.3-2.5 times.

Description of the development:
() Lifting of high-viscosity oil from the well is carried out by combining the action of the jet pump with high-viscosity oil by pulsating-cavitation technologies and facilitating the intensification of heavy hydrocarbon production from wells up to 2000 m deep.
