Purpose of the development: Using the development allows to ensure thorough washing and cleaning of the annulus from the collapsed rock and the rapid release of the stuck drill string.

Recommended application field: Elimination of sticking of drill string, which arose due to collapse and shedding of the walls of the well.

Advantages over analogues: The use of the improved device reliably allows to flush the annular space and in time to eliminate stucking of the drill string. Advantage of the recommended device is reliable on interval flushing of annular space and rapid elimination of sticking of the drill string without unnecessary loss of time.

The device for annular rinsing of the annulus consists of a metal mushroom ball, a body with four diametrically opposite flushing holes overlapping a cylindrical bushing with a seat that is supported from below by a spring and wash channels. A special feature of the recommended device is the reliable gripping of the metallic mushroom ball and lifting it to the surface is an integral part of the work for the intermittent washing of the annular space. It is recommended to install the proposed device in the drill string design above the OBR.
