METHODOLOGY OF GEODESIC CONTROL OF SUPERCRITICAL TRANSITIONS OF MAIN GAS PIPELINES


Purpose of the development: - increase the accuracy and safety of geodetic work in determining the geometric parameters of above-ground pipeline crossings, depending on their design and operating conditions; - increase the accuracy of aiming the sight beam on the surface of the pipeline at an acute angle due to the use of the proposed sighting mark; - the possibility to avoid the effect of short-period pipe displacements caused by thermal factors.

Recommended application field: It is intended for personnel of linear operational services, as well as engineering and scientific workers engaged in geodetic survey of overground transitions of main gas pipelines.

Advantages over analogues: The ability to perform non-contact measurements, as well as determine the geometric parameters of the transitions with high accuracy and in the shortest possible time.
