PROGRAM MODULE OF THE PROBLEM OF OPTIMIZATION OF WELLS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY


Purpose of the development: Optimum supervision of the process of deepening the well in conditions of uncertainty based on the criterion of the cost of a well penetration meter.

Recommended application field: Oil and gas industry.

Advantages over analogues: The software module for optimizing the process of deepening wells in conditions of uncertainty is based on innovative methods such as the definition of technological operations of drilling rigs using artificial neural networks; synthesis of empirical models of optimal complexity, taking into account the indistinctness of the regime parameters of the wells deepening process; determination of optimal control actions by the criterion of the minimum cost of a well penetration meter under conditions of uncertainty. The software module is integrated into an automated control system based on the SKUB-M2 complex.

The program module of the task of optimal control of the wells deepening process combines a number of programs: - the determination of the state of the drilling rig; - synthesis of empirical models; - forecasting the duration of the launching operations for the next flight; - determination of optimal control actions - axial load on the bit and its rotation frequency according to the criterion of the cost of the well penetration meter. The software allows to export data from the database of the SKUB-M2 complex to the programs "Definition of drilling rig operations", "Synthesis of empirical models", "Prediction of the duration of downhole operations" and "Optimization of the wells deepening process", which form the software for optimal management of the process of deepening wells "Optimization".
