Purpose of the development: The proposed methodology allows solving the following problems of the domestic oil and gas enterprises: - monitoring of qualitative changes in the status of personnel of oil and gas enterprises; - increasing the effectiveness of management of the intellectual development of the personnel of enterprises of the oil and gas industry of Ukraine in order to achieve the long-term positive effect of the processes of reforming the oil and gas sector of the national economy; - establishment of the causes of negative trends in the economic activities of oil and gas enterprises associated with the development and use of the intellectual potential of their human resources.

Recommended application field: Personnel management services for oil and gas enterprises to establish and implement a set of measures aimed at improving the processes of intellectualization of their activities.

Advantages over analogues: The proposed methodical approach can be used to identify sources of increasing the efficiency of economic activity due to the growth of the intellectual component in the implementation of processes by oil and gas enterprises.

The proposed methodology provides for: - establishment of the level of readiness of management and executive personnel of oil and gas companies for the processes of intellectualization through dissemination and generalization of the results of the author's questionnaire, the content of which was formed on the basis of the author's preliminary scientific experience, and also consultations with industry experts and specialists in psychology of management and psychodiagnostics; - determination of the real and necessary conditions for intellectualization of the activities of oil and gas enterprises based on the results of the questioning of the staff for subjective satisfaction of the employee with their activities, motives for work, the level of awareness of the role of intellectualization in the effective operation of the enterprise, the qualities that personnel and the nature of work should have in their daily work; - an assessment of the level of intellectualization of managers and executors, the use of their means of production with the help of test methods known in the scientific and educational literature that allow us to identify the level of development of the qualities inherent in the intellectual worker, as well as by analyzing objective information and attracting experts from among scientists and researchers practices.
