Purpose of the development: Replacement of lift systems with steel ropes of the previous generation, especially those that have fulfilled the standard operating life.

Recommended application field: Housing communal services, institutions where elevators are used.

Advantages over analogues: - 4-5 times increased durability of the traction organ and its reliability; - reduction of energy consumption of the elevator installation; - reducing the size of the installation (do not require a machine floor); - application of gearless winch; - a significant reduction in noise and an increase in the smoothness of the elevator; - traction cables are completely protected by a rubber sheath and do not corrode; - the current control of the integrity of the ropes (24 hours a day).

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The expected economic effect with the renewal of the elevator economy and the replacement of ropes on the spent elevator installations will give an annual savings of more than 35-40 million USD. With the further replacement of the rubber rope rope of the whole fleet of lift units in Ukraine, the annual savings will amount to more than 165-200 million UAH. The volume of necessary capital investments for the re-equipment of one elevator installation is 180-190 thousand UAH. The term of the project - 6 months The payback period of investment - 5-7 years, the volume of necessary investments for the organization of production - 250 thousand UAH.

Description of the development:

Development of a new design of lifting elevator systems based on an improved drive system and the use of a traction organ made of steel cables sealed in a rubber sheath. New flat rubber-rope ropes reinforced with small-diameter cables having small bending radii and protected from corrosion are proposed. A compact gearless winch for rubber rope ropes with a small bending radius and a traction sheave d = 125-150 mm is developed.
