Purpose of the development: Development of new technical solutions and original transmission schemes for mine diesel locomotives, which provide optimal engine power parameters and traction characteristics of the machine in the operating speed range of operational speeds.

Technical characteristic: Diesel locomotives with double-flow hydrovolume-mechanical tracism: - coupling weight of diesel locomotive - 100kN; - maximum speed Diesel - 5,7 m / s; - rated engine power - 74kW; - efficiency of the trasmisia up to - 0.87; - the maximum pressure of the working fluid in the transmission - 42 MPa.

The essence of the project is to justify the type of transmission of the mine diesel locomotive and its parameters that ensure rational engine power parameters and traction characteristics of the machine in the operational range of operational speeds; the development of scientifically based engineering techniques and software for choosing a rational structural scheme, design parameters, possible high-speed adjustable ranges, allows to increase the efficiency and speed of the process of development and modification of vehicle transmissions. The implementation of the results of the work has a social effect by improving working conditions, increasing the efficiency and safety of operation of diesel locomotives.
