Vibrating bunker feeders orient billets and parts for a variety of technical purposes and provide a piece feed for subsequent processing operations. The feeder is equipped with a bowl, on the inner or outer surface of which is made a screw path. At the bottom of the bowl, blanks or parts are filled in bulk. Under the action of vibration, they move up the screw path and are oriented. At the output, the components are arranged in a row with the corresponding orientation. Vibrating feeders allow smoothly adjusting productivity and moving products of various shapes. Used to automate the technological operations of processing, assembly. The developer provides the necessary specifications to order.
