Purpose of the development: The development is aimed at reducing energy costs in the recovery of raw materials for the production of cutting tools of high quality.

Recommended application field: Machine-building branch and machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.

Advantages over analogues: The duration of the process of grinding the powder processed by the explosion is more than 20 times less than the existing grinding technology, which reduces the energy consumption of the grinding process for only one unit by 7.75 MW.

Technical and economic effect: Reduction of the grinding process is 20 times. Reduction of energy costs by 7.75 MW for one unit.

As renewable sources of raw materials, the possibility of using shock-wave processing for the utilization of hard-alloy massifs of any configuration and weight is shown to obtain high-quality primary material for further processing, molding and sintering in the production of tools for various purposes.
