PROVIDING SUSTAINABILITY OF EXTENDED COAL-MINERAL PROCESSING


Purpose of the development: A comprehensive approach to the selection and justification of various measures to ensure the necessary stability of mine workings during their lifetime has been developed.

Recommended application field: Mining industry.

Technical characteristic:

Advantages over analogues: The developed method of establishing a rational location of the capital output in space allows to reduce the volume of operating costs. Determining the parameters of the process of collapse of the roof of the mining operations allows us to predict the step of general and sustained collapse, rationally place the fasteners in the preparatory workings, and increase the safety of workers working in lava. The developed technique of choosing rational parameters of anchorage allows, depending on the purpose of production, to choose rational parameters of anchorage. A nomogram was developed to determine the parameters of the thickness of the sprayed concrete coating as a protection against corrosion and the method of increasing the bearing capacity of the metal fastening can significantly increase the load-bearing capacity of the metal arch support of the capital excavations and reduce the amount of repair work (by 1.4-1.6 times with the use of the fixation for 15 years) .

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The economic effect from the introduction of new technologies and means of fixing long workings of coal mines amounted to about 2 million UAH.

A comprehensive approach to the selection and justification of various measures to ensure the necessary stability of mine workings during their lifetime using resource-saving technologies based on scientifically substantiated new ways of maintaining workings is developed. New regularities of change in the stability of excavations are established depending on their location relative to the structural elements of the massif. Substantiated technological parameters of the system for the development of coal seams, which ensure their effective and safe processing. Implemented in the practice of fixing the workings of increased bearing capacity, using the protective qualities of the contour rocks. A highly effective technology of protecting metal fasteners against corrosion with the use of sprayed concrete, based on local materials, is proposed. The proposed high-efficiency resource-saving fasteners are implemented in the Donbass coal mines, which are incorporated in the projects for the construction of coal mining horizons of operating mines.
