Purpose of the development: The basis of technology is the use in triboculation of friction geomodifiers for restoring parts and increasing the service life.

Advantages over analogues: The technology is developed and the production of friction geomodifiers from natural materials - serpentine is organized. The developed technology and technical conditions for modifying working surfaces of friction units of mining and metallurgical equipment. The resource of equipment operation is increased by 3-5 times with the reduction of repair works by 3 or more times without stopping the equipment. A technology has been developed to strengthen the critical components of mining and metallurgical equipment (rolling swaths, teeth of buckets of excavators, armor of crushers, switchgears, etc.).

Developed self-organizing technologies for renovation of surfaces of resource-determining details of mobile interfaces ensuring high reliability and durability of mining and metallurgical equipment without stopping for repair and preventive works by using friction geomodifiers based on natural material. The dynamics of structural formations at the interfaces interface in the presence of geomodifiers shows that the self-organization of the interface systems for the input of the run-in with the geomodifier leads to a reduction in the running-in time in comparison with the base, and also an increase in the life of the parts of the mobile couplings in the operating mode of machines and aggregates.
