TRANSFER OF INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES

HEURISTIC TECHNOLOGIES FOR INVESTIGATION OF THE STRESSED-DEFORMED CONDITION OF MULTIPARAMETRIC GEOTECHNICAL SYSTEMS


Purpose of the development: The work is proposed to be introduced for the calculation of the stressed-deformed state of the mountain massif.

Recommended application field: Mining enterprises with different complexity of mining and geological conditions.

Advantages over analogues: The project's focus is to reduce the cost of designing, building and operating underground workings by optimizing the parameters of elements of structural and technological schemes to enhance the stability of the geotechnical system. The introduction of the proposed optimization model will allow: - to obtain a more reliable estimate of the forecast of the manifestations of rock pressure in the system of "fixing the mine - the mountain massif"; - reduce the material consumption of fastening by 10-15%; - reduce labor costs to 20%; - reduce the amount of repair work by 20-30%.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: The cost of the project - 350-550 thousand UAH. Term of performance of design works - 3-5 months. The payback period - up to 1-1.5 years. The main indicators for the implementation of the project depend on the complexity of the task and the initial mining geological data.

The proposed methodology for calculating the stress-strain state of the geotechnical system makes it possible to take into account the entire spectrum of features of the structure of the rock massif (stratification, heterogeneity of coal-bearing strata, fracturing, rheology, transition of layers to an out-of-limit state, modeling of local disturbances, etc.), and also to justify the optimal characteristics of the geometry of underground excavations and their fastening on the basis of the parameters advanced by the customer and the mining and geological condition of the massif.
